FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answer:

You might be thinking, “Why do I need to get prepared; I’m not the web designer here.” No, you are not the designer; we are. Are we saying that we never run into road blocks that require further investigation or a new process? Of course not! However, we are here to write your story. Think of your website like a book with blank pages. We are here to put your words, pictures, and quotes on those pages to create your story. In our experience, we find a client’s vision is easily achieved when they give us the table of contents to write your story for your book.

Yes, we do offer payment plans. We want your mind to be at ease throughout the duration of our design process. Usually, the payment is divided into four equal payments coinciding with your individualized timeline. Answer:

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. We will get a broad overview of your expectations through our Client Questionnaire. Once we begin our “break the ice” phase in our creation process, we will explore the goals you have for your website before deciding which platform will benefit your brand the most!

Answer:

You are more than welcome to provide us with staff or product photography if you would like. In order to make a website look clean, organized and seamless throughout, we like to take our own photos to ensure the lighting and appearance adjusts well with the website.

Yes, we offer e-commerce services if you purchase the “modern” package. All of our packages are listed on the services page.

Answer:

A website is a collection of pages that are grouped together and accessed through the Internet. In order for anyone in the world to access your website, it needs to be hosted on a web server. Think of it like a hard drive that stores your website files and images. When you pay fees every month, you are basically “reserving” your space on that server. Furthermore, charges every month cover website maintenance.
